Destiny Ginn Joins Hintze Law as an Associate

Hintze Law PLLC is excited to announce that Destiny Ginn has joined the firm as a first-year associate* in the Seattle office.

A member of the International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP), Destiny first joined the firm as a summer associate in 2022, during which time she gained experience working on global data protection issues, including data breach notification laws, privacy impact assessments, GDPR, and privacy statements.

She joins Hintze from Howard University School of Law in Washington, D.C., where she served as Justice of the Langston Chapter of Phi Alpha Delta where her duties included board leadership and recruiting. Destiny also worked as a Student Attorney at the Howard University Fair Housing Clinic where she represented multiple families in negotiations, mediations, and court appearances in connection with fair housing justice and discriminatory practices.

Destiny also worked as a summer legal intern at Intuit, where she gained where she gained valuable skills in the areas of privacy law, including developing compliance policies and conducting product reviews, and employment law.

Prior to law school, Destiny graduated cum laude from Howard University with a Bachelor of Arts degree. During undergrad, Destiny worked as a legal intern with the Maryland Office of the Public Defender, where she conducted research on criminal law related areas such as domestic violence and probation aftercare.  Destiny also served as a congressional intern with Congressman C.A. Dutch Ruppersberger, where she researched topics on adoption and maternal death.
