Hintze Law PLLC is thrilled to announce that Zachary Douglas has joined the firm as a part of our growing team of talented privacy analysts who complement Hintze Law’s team of privacy and cybersecurity attorneys.
Zach, based in Austin, Texas, comes to Hintze with more than 20 years of litigation experience. Zach will bring his depth of litigation and discovery experience as Sr. Paralegal to help defend clients in privacy, security, & AI regulatory matters. Zach is a Certified Project Manager Professional (PMP) and will also consult with clients as a Privacy Analyst developing and maintaining privacy program elements designed for compliance with global privacy laws such as GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, and other state laws.
Prior to joining Hintze Law, Zach worked as the Legal Project Manager for F45 Training, where he led F45’s franchise relationships, global trademark portfolio, litigation matters, and contract database. He has also worked as a Senior Paralegal at both Greenberg Traurig, Andrews Kurth, and Norton Rose Fulbright, specializing in consumer protection, antitrust, IP, and products liability litigation.
Zach has a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Houston.
In his spare time, Zach is a lead singer and guitarist for The Mighty Fuzz, a band out of Austin that plays a fusion of rock, funk, and blues.
