Sheila Sokolowski

Sheila Sokolowski is a Partner at Hintze Law PLLC and is Co-Chair of the firm’s Health and Biotech Privacy Group. She is ranked by Chambers USA, which described her as “incredibly quick to understand complex, innovative technologies and develop practical, risk-indexed advice that clients understand and use.”

Sheila counsels clients across industries on data privacy and security risk mitigation and management strategies. She collaborates with in-house legal and technical professionals to develop scalable, risk-based approaches to data privacy and security compliance. Her clients include Fortune 500 corporations and start-ups.

Sheila is best known for conducting complex information risk analyses to support her clients’ strategic and business objectives, including developing legal guidance for AI-supported product development and research activities. She also advises investors on the health care regulatory risks involved in transactions with emerging life sciences companies.
